Welcome to my Travel Blog…

…an archive of the wonders of travel through the lenses of history and art.

I am a solo female traveller and History student from London, fascinated with the significance of the past and its cultural impact on modern civilisations. The aim for this blog is to document my discoveries through articles and paintings, adding a historical element to your every day holiday, and uncovering the secrets hiding just outside your hotel walls.

I hope to align my journeys with those accomplished by figures of the past; such as Emperor Hadrian, Alexander the Great and many more… With a limited budget my travels will start off small but overtime should connect to create a voyage of great historical significance that hopes to inspire you to seek out the local beauties surrounding your beach getaway. 🏖️ (Or even just to give you a brief background of “that one statue you passed in the town square”)

Lastly, I will be incorporating my own spin by painting structures of historical significance found along my travels that will be up for sale via my ETSY shop (coming soon). Additionally, I am available for artistic commissions of photos from your own journeys, helping to encapsulate those memories in paint.*

Accompanying my travel articles, I will include photos, travel information, costs, restaurants, locations and supplies that I use, allowing you to Travel with E’s (‘ease’).
